Warranty services are performed for not only our own company, but also for many manufacturers of hardware and large construction companies. Most of these companies are nationwide and don't have their own maintenance people. Construction companies often build in areas that they can't service. ( For this service you must go through the manufacturer or construction company, if you want them to pay for it. ) We will set up an account to handle your warranty issues with the company who is paying for it. However, they must have an active account with us. If you have some issues and want them resolved quickly, you may have the company contact us directly for immediate service. |
