Low Energy Operators
Low Energy Operators are also known as Leo's. Most often these are used to make a standard set of swinging automatic doors for handicap access. We carry two kinds of Leo's, low energy operators, ( they are Besam's Powerswing, and the Lima.) These two handicap, ( ADA compliant, ) automatic door openers are the most cost effective way to handle a handicap opening. This type of opener should only be used on a door with one way traffic where the door swing's away from the user. Be advised when using this type in place of automatic door opener's is that they are not meant to be used continuously. If you want that sort of performance you should use an automatic slider. They are very well made units and will last a long time if used for the right application.
